Ghanaian singer/rapper Black Sherif has been nominated for the Best International Flow category at the BET Hip Hop Awards 2022. This year’s event will be aired on September 30, 2022, at Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, hosted by Fat Joe.
Following the release of the 1st and 2nd Sermon and subsequently ‘Kwaku The Traveller’, Black Sherif’s global appeal is on the ascendancy as his style cuts across different demographics and geographic locations. This puts him on a headliner pedestal on varying playlists across the digital stream platforms spectrum.
Other nominees in the category include Benjamin Epps (France), Blxckie (South Africa), Central Cee (Uk), Haviah Mighty (Canada), Knucks (Uk), Le Juiice (France), Nadia Nakai (Zimbabwe) and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).
Born and raised in Konongo, a small city in the Ashanti region of Ghana, Black Sherif’s cult following is spreading across the globe as local and national scenes make headlines.
