Talensi NPP PC urges constituents to vote out non-resident NDC MP

The NPP parliamentary candidate for the Nabdam Constituency, Charles T. Ndanbon, has urged the constituents to vote out the incumbent MP Dr. Mark Kurt Nawaane, for his inability to live and work with the people of the constituency.

He stated that the MP Dr Kurt Nawaane, only appears in the constituency when it is time for election.

Charles Ndanbon made allegations against the incumbent MP, claiming that despite representing the area, the MP was not originally from the constituency, having previously resided in Dunkwa, Central Region.

Also, he said the MP has a strained relationship with the traditional leaders of the area and he misuses the MP’s Common Fund for personal gain.

He added that the incumbent MP is allegedly having a hospital facility at Dunkwa where he resides, and does not care about the well-being of the people of Nabdam.

The Nabdam Constituency has always voted for the NDC since it was carved but for the 2012 elections, the people gave the seat to the NPP through Boniface Gambila.

Charles T. Ndanbon is optimistic about winning the seat from the NDC this time around, citing his youthful energy and deep connection with the constituents as advantages over his opponent.

He has called on all well-meaning residents of Nabdam to vote massively for him and the NPP to lead them to a positive destination.
